THE PERFORMANCE DEFICIT

The high cost of incomplete data.

33-42%

Period-prevalence of overuse injuries in team and individual sports 1

30-50%

Soft-tissue related injuries 1

High overuse prevalence reflects a deeper issue:
  • Recovery status is inferred, not measured locally
  • Systemic markers do not reflect muscle-level fatigue
  • Return-to-training decisions rely on indirect indicators
1 Franco M.F. et al., 2021. "Prevalence of overuse injuries in athletes from individual and team sports: A systematic review with meta-analysis." PMCID: PMC8536850.

Recovery happens in muscle tissue. Yet we rarely measure it directly.

WHY MUSCLE OXYGEN?

Beyond Heart Rate & HRV: SmO2 unlocks true recovery.

Local vs Systemic
Heart Rate and HRV only show the body's overall response. SmO2 reveals what happens inside the muscle itself.
Real-Time Fatigue
Track muscle oxygenation live to spot fatigue before it limits performance or disrupts training consistency.
Personalized Recovery
SmO2 data helps tailor rest and training to your unique physiology, not just averages.

Technology

Swiss Flag Swiss Engineered. Designed for elite performance environments.

The FI-Tile integrates cutting-edge NIRS and PPG sensors into a compact, field-ready wearable.

NIRS: Localized SmO2
Multi-wavelength NIRS tracks real-time muscle oxygenation, providing direct insight into muscle-specific fatigue and recovery dynamics.
PPG: Systemic Bio-Markers
Integrated Photoplethysmography (PPG) tracks systemic physiological state, including heart rate and variability. Combined with SmO2, this enables contextualized recovery interpretation across both local and global signals.
Ultra-Compact Form Factor
Ultra-compact and lightweight (< 20g), engineered for seamless integration into high-intensity training and competition settings.
